I absolutely love the explanation about expectations based on role level. Too many teams have an implied culture that all analysts must know-all-the-things and it isn’t healthy. Identifying expectations for participation and outputs is critical for a successful team. Also, I love that the metrics are automated based on analyst inputs. Again, too many teams rely on analysts to provide their own metrics, which are usually scratched out in a text file the day they are due. Very well done and I can’t wait for the next article.
